Now, if you know your health needs a boost, however you feel it is impossible due to work & travel commitments, or the thought of going 4 weeks without wine or coffee has zero appeal… Then this Wellness Program is a great option.
While it is a gentle detox, you can still have the odd wine and daily coffee. How does that sound? Doable?
