I first embarked on Kris’s “Detox” program May 2014. I can honestly say, that with the support she gave, together with the food suggestions and exercise advice, it turned my life around. I lost 4kg which have stayed off and I have become much more mindful of my food choices. I now make the decision to get back in line with the detox program each year, as it feels so good to do so. I have consistently lost 3-4kg each time. I have always loved cooking and now just have a wider choice of wonderful foods, my entire relationship with sweet and sugary foods has changed for the better. This detox by far was the most simple and enjoyable detox I have ever done, throughout the 4 weeks I enjoyed cooking so many different foods which made me feel alive! I’ve been a health advocate since I was 15! I’ve studied Science, Exercise Physiology, PE and nutrition, and spend a lot of my time consulting on all things health and wellness. My career in the health and fitness industry spans 30 years, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and experience both in Australia and overseas.
